SoftBuilder is a general purpose software development system based on an easy to use, high level design (HLD) language. HLD programs are based on Abstract Syntax Trees AST and represented visually in a hierarchical manner using visual Flexforms . HLD is universally extensible and all HLD components are fully interoperable (one can even construct new programs dynamically and in turn execute them automatically). HLD also is typeless (all structures -- data and process -- are represented as ASTs) and has a very simple syntax. HLD includes a wide range of low level components, powerful reengineering and conversion components, and automated meta components for easily constructing other HLD components. Special support is included for building interacting distributed systems. SoftBuilder is fully interoperable with Flexsys and AutoBuilder, and all other Scandura product packages.
