Support ServicesScandura works closely with partners to guarantee their success. With our partners we can offer customer companies a full range of options. We and our partners can do the entire job for you. You can do the entire job yourself. Or, you can do the job with varying degrees of help from us. At a minimum, however, we require that all customers get enough help to guarantee their success. This normally requires additional training (beyond the free automated tutorials), technical support and/or consultation. In some cases, customization services may be desired.
Qualified customers as well as partners can learn, use and fully evaluate Scandura tutorials at no cost. These fully functional tutorials allow you to prove to yourself how our products will empower you to achieve better results, more reliably, faster and at lower cost than otherwise possible.

We work exclusively with our partners both in marketing our software and in providing services. This allows us to concentrate on what we do best: Provide the software industry with the most, powerful, easy to use software available anywhere.
Qualified companies, whether large or small, may become a Scandura partner. The only requirements are overall general technical and/or marketing capabilities, knowledge of and familiarity with Scandura technologies and ability to use, transmit and/or commercialize that knowledge.
